Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife: Criselda Garcia, his adoring children: Anselmo Garcia (Ismelda), Cristina Ozuna (Jonny), and Rafael Garcia Jr. (Veronica), along with his 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Family and Friends will gather for a visitation at Virgil Wilson Mortuary in Mission on Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service. Chapel service will also take place at Virgil Wilson Mortuary in Mission, Texas on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. followed by burial at the Lord and I Cemetery in Palmview, Texas. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID, visitors are asked to wear a facemask/covering. Funeral services have been entrusted to the care of Virgil Wilson Mortuary in Mission.
