Mission- Maria P. Gonzalez, born on April 23, 1945 to Eusebio Moncivaiz and Francisca Guardiola in Mexico, passed away on January 9, 2021 at the McAllen Medical Center in McAllen, TX. She is preceded in death by her father, Eusebio Moncivaiz. Survivors include her mother: Francisca Guardiola, her loving husband: Constantino Gonzalez, and her children: San Juanita Flores (Alfredo), Dora Gonzalez, Esmeralda Gonzalez, Yadira Gonzalez, Epigmenio Gonzalez (Graciela), Elicena Lopez (Otilio), Constantino Gonzalez Jr. (Milagros), as well as her 18 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm with a 6:00pm rosary at Virgil Wilson Mortuary in Mission. Chapel service will be at 10:00am on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Virgil Wilson Mortuary in Mission. Burial will follow at the Lord & I Cemetery in Palmview. Due to the current COVID restrictions, visitors are encouraged to practice safe and social distancing while inside the funeral home, and wear a face mask/covering. The family is in the care of Virgil Wilson Mortuary in Mission .
