Palmview, Texas - Guadalupe Ramirez born on December 12, 1927 in Los Angeles, California, to Jesus Ramirez and Apolonia Arroyo, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 2nd, 2022 in Palmview, Texas at the age of 94. Guadalupe is preceded in death by both his parents, his loving wife Maria Del Socorro Ramirez, and his son Claudio Guadalupe Ramirez. Left to cherish his memory are his adoring children: Lorena Ramirez, Martha Loya, Sandra Margarita Bemal, Ricardo Arturo Ramirez, Ana Rebecca Ramirez, Rosario Micaela Juares, Miguel Eliazar, Marcial Adrian Ramirez, and Zoraya Eglael Ramirez. He will also be greatly missed by his many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Friends and family will gather for a visitation at The Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a 7:00pm Rosary. A chapel service is to follow on Friday, February 4th 2022 from 2:00PM to 3:00PM. Interment will take place at the Lord and I Cemetery in Palmview at 4:00pm. Due to the current climate surrounding COVID, visitors are asked to wear a facemask/covering. Arrangements are under the direction of Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Tx.
