Left to cherish her loving memory are her loving parents; Jose De La Cruz and Silvestra Herrera, her amorous husband; Victor Veliz, her four caring sons; Victor Veliz, Jose Veliz, Ramiro Veliz and Jorge Veliz, her two adoring daughters; Maria Veliz and Sandra Veliz, her thoughtful brother; Mauro De La Cruz, her five affectionate sisters; Teresa De La Cruz, Maria Del Rosario De La Cruz, Martina De La Cruz, Maria De La Cruz and Dora De La Cruz, she will also be greatly missed by her thirteen adoring grandchildren. Friends and family will gather for a visitation on Sunday, August 28, 2022 from 5:00PM to 9:00PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00PM at The Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas. Followed by a Chapel service at 11:00AM on Monday, August 29, 2022 at The Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas. Interment will follow at 12:30PM at The Lord and I Cemetery in Palmview, Texas. During the climate surrounding COVID, visitors are asked to wear a facemask/covering. Arrangements are under the direction of The Lord and I Funeral Home – Peñitas, Texas. Continuado por un servicio de capilla el Lunes, 29 de Agosto del 2022 a las 11:00AM en la Funeraria The Lord and I – Peñitas, Texas. Seguido por el Sepelio a las 12:30PM en el Cementerio The Lord and I – Palmview, Texas. Durante el clima que rodea a COVID, se les pide a los visitantes que usen una mascarilla/cubrebocas.
