Marissa Llamas

Marissa Llamas, age 48 and a resident from Mission, T.X., passed away peacefully on April 12, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. Marissa was a devoted wife, a cherished mother and friend to many. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit left an indelible mark on all who knew her. A talented lash technician, Marissa had a passion for her work and a gift for making others feel beautiful and confident. She approached life with grace and resilience, always putting her family first. Marissa's love knew no bounds, and she will be deeply missed by her husband Juan Llamas Jr. , her four children; Damaris Llamas, Marissa Llamas, Juan Llamas III, and Kendall Llamas and her brother; Gerardo Machado,all of whom survive her, as well as a host of extended family and friends. Marissa is preceded in death by her parents Pompeyo Machado and San Juanita Trevino, and her brother Pompeyo Machado Jr.,who she loved dearly. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 14, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Mass will be held Wednesday, April 15 at 1:30 PM, followed by a burial at The Lord and I Cemetery in Palmview, T.X., at 3:00 PM. The family welcomes all who knew and loved Marissa to join them in honoring her memory and celebrating the beautiful life she lived. Se invita a familiares y amigos a honrar y celebrar la vida de Marissa durante un velorio el martes 14 de abril, de 5:00 PM a 9:00 PM, con un rosario que se rezara a las 7:00 PM. Se llevara a cabo una misa en uma iglesia catolica a la 1:30 PM, seguida de un entierro en el cementerio The Lord and I en Palmview, T.X., a las 3:00 PM.
