Mission, Texas – David Contreras was born on February 11, 1963 in Mexico. Son of German Contreras † and Bertha Vidaca, entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 12, 2022 in Mission, Texas. He is now reunited with his loving father; German Contreras †. Left to cherish his loving memory is his adoring wife; Esmeralda Contreras, his son; David (Yesenia) Contreras Jr., his two daughters; Nayeli (Johnny) Villarreal and Yniha (Javier) Vargas, his mother; Bertha Contreras, his three sisters; Laura, Rebecca and Eunice as well as five brothers; Jonathan, Pedro, Josue, Asael and German. He will also be greatly missed by six adoring grandchildren; Jocelyn, Javier Jr., Benjamin, Johnny, Sophia and Abraham. Friends and family will gather for a visitation on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 from 12:00pm to 9:00pm with a prayer service at 7:00pm at The Lord and I Funeral Home – Peñitas, Texas. Followed by a chapel service on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at 10:00am at The Lord and I Funeral Home – Peñitas, Texas. Interment will follow at 11:00am at Santa Fe Celestial Gardens – Mission, Texas. During the climate surrounding COVID, visitors are asked to wear a facemask/covering. Seguido por un servicio de capilla el miércoles, 16 de noviembre de 2022 a las 10:00am en la funeraria The Lord and I – Peñitas, Texas.
