Mission, Texas – Adan Soto, born on November 20, 1934 in Mexico. Son of Jose Soto † and Maria De Jesus Gonzalez †, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 in Mission, Texas. Left to cherish his loving memory is his adoring wife; Modesta Soto, his caring daughters; Martha Soto (Arturo Vela), Maria Lopez Soto (Marcelino Lopez), Maria Nelly Soto, Sandra Patricia Soto, Silvia Rodriguez (Antonio Rodriguez) and Astrid Soto (Juan Carlos Rodriguez). He will also be greatly missed by 15 loving grandchildren. Friends and family will gather for a Visitation on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at The Lord and I Funeral Home – Peñitas, Texas. Visitation will continue on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm with a Rosary at 7:00pm at The Lord and I Funeral Home - Peñitas, Texas. Followed by a Funeral Mass on Monday, October 31, 2022 at 2:30pm at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church – Alton, Texas. Interment will follow at 3:30pm at The Lord and I Cemetery – Palmview, Texas. During the climate surrounding COVID, visitors are asked to wear a facemask/covering.
